Psychotherapist

I work collaboratively with my clients and their families, tailoring my therapeutic approach to your unique strengths and struggles. I use a variety of techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy to trauma-informed care to best fit each client’s needs. Throughout the years, I’ve worked extensively with children and their families and individuals with substance use concerns. I treat anxiety, depression, trauma and/or abuse, self-harm, self-esteem, behavioral issues, grief/loss, stress management, social skills, relational concerns, parenting, women’s issues, substance use, and compassion fatigue.

I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.

Before I fell in love with Sauk county, I had called Madison home for several years. I studied rehabilitation psychology and human development and family studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and then went on to receive my M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Edgewood College. I love spending time with my husband, son, and rescue dog, Wesley; where we eat pastries, keep up with our garden and explore the beautiful state of Wisconsin.
