---

Hello. First of all, thank you for taking the step in caring for your mental health. I would be honored to walk alongside you in your personal growth. Forming a trusting relationship and a safe space is one essential part of therapy. I value collaboration and finding strengths in your personal story.

I passionately believe in the mind-body connection. Integrating somatic approaches along with cognitive behavioral talk therapy can be a key in alleviating mental health symptoms and processing through past trauma. Bringing somatic approaches into the therapy room may look like movement, yoga, breath work, or mindfulness practices. Not only are these approaches effective in trauma processing but I find they can be helpful coping strategies to cultivate calmness day to day. I also provide a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy focusing on thought patterns and inviting change into these patterns. Deepening the understanding of our self concept and perceptions invites the opportunity to explore new attitudes moving forward in life events and relationships.
