Psychotherapist
I received a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee and am licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

I work with clients throughout the lifespan helping them manage depression, anxiety, family problems, anger, grief, and trauma. I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) which complement each other well. I have over 30 years of diverse experience which has given me a greater appreciation of the human condition. I am fascinated by people’s life stories and empathize with their struggles. I understand that sometimes life can be challenging and believe that asking for help is a sign of strength. I find it extremely rewarding to work with my clients and I am inspired by their insight and resilience.
I am married and have 2 adult sons. We have lived in Baraboo for over 30 years and enjoy all the wonderful opportunities this beautiful area offers. As a family, we like camping and canoeing in the state and as well as exploring the national parks system.
