Kathryn Fishnick is a Service Facilitator and Array Provider (Individual Skill Development, Parent Coach, Psychoeducation) at The Psychology Clinic. She is passionate about ensuring her clients have access to the support, services, and resources necessary to better their lives. Kathryn has a dual undergraduate degree in Psychology and Human Development from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay and a Master’s degree in Emotional and Behavioral Disorders from Edgewood College. With over 18 years of experience in various school and community-based settings, including 14 years teaching special education in public schools, she has extensive experience in working with neurodivergent individuals, emotional behavioral disorders, individuals with disabilities, complex case management, and family outreach across the lifespan. She is highly qualified in working with mental health concerns, ADHD, trauma, and anxiety. Kathryn has worked with many individuals teaching social skills, executive functioning skills, and life skills. Kathryn specializes in working with parents, guardians, and caregivers to better understand children with neurodivergence and mental health diagnoses. She has training and experience with children and adolescents from various backgrounds and believes in a collaborative approach with caregivers to provide tools to help improve relationships, understanding, and communication. She is skilled at navigating the school system, helping caregivers advocate for their children in school, and finding resources they need. Kathryn believes in a non-judgemental, person centered, strength based collaborative approach and is dedicated to advocating for her clients and supporting the family system
