CCS Service Provider

My goal is to help others heal and grow. I work primarily with adults through CCS at the Madison office. I received my Master's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Social Work, with an emphasis in mental health. I specialize in working with people with substance use disorders and other addictions. I am currently working towards my substance abuse counselor license. My areas of therapeutic interest and treatment focus include trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, relationships, and spirituality.

I draw from a number of treatment modalities, but at my core, I utilize the Humanistic perspective. I believe in getting to know the whole person and the uniqueness of each individual. My approach includes collaboration and uncovering innate strengths. I believe in the mind-body connection and incorporate mindfulness and self-love practices in my work. I am here to listen, ask exploratory questions, and offer reflections, reframing, and support.
